Very rude and acting like I did something wrong. Plus they wouldn't sale me the plan I wanted. They only wanted to sale me an expensive plan To have my number ported. I never before had to buy a specific plan to port my number over to any carrier. An att online doesn't say that. I would recommend this store the person who help we had no customer service.
UPDATE went to the store on Blackstone just passed shaw and they gave me the low price prepaid plan I wanted and I got to keep my number. They where super nice. Go to that store instead.

I needed new WiFi service asap and although they didn’t have equipment in store they kindly explained to me that it was shipped pretty quickly and told me how to set it up and put me on the app. The associate was really helpful and explained everything to me very thoroughly so I wasn’t shocked by my first bill or anything!
