I received an email stating I'm eligible for an upgrade. Eleazar took my phone stating phone worth $350 for upgrade. 3-times Eleazar went to speak with supervisor. On the 3rd time Eleazar came back stating there are scratches on the phone so can't allow the $350. Mean time he had removed my screen protector to view phone. Upon me not going with this decision Eleazar put the old screen protector back on my phone. Now phone looks crappie and there are bubbles throughout the protector. He didn't even replace the protector. I know that I'm just one client and you are a large corporation and I mean nothing to you. But now I believe I'll be going to Verizon for phone service. They have a gave intro program.

A couple years ago, I switched my phone plan and the woman that set up the contract for me and assured me that I would be able to merge with my wife’s plan and get her first responders discount lied to me. There are a lot of small details in the contract that is Unreasonable to sit there and read through after you have to fill out all your contracts and paperwork in their main lobby. I’ve been too busy to come by and play their game again in person so I’m just leaving this review. I’d recommend T-Mobile but my parents got burned from them too and the numbers from my account are still being charged to me. I paid $350 a month for three lines and an Apple Watch. My wife still overpays even though she’s been a 15 year Customer they continue to raise your prices while they sign up new customers for much lower rates. If you’re smart, you’ll click the negative reviews or newest reviews so you can’t see the ones that they used to fill the empty spaces and make them look like they are all positive when you click the Google link I’ll be sure to update this every so often, so everybody gets a fair look at it. Do better AT&T people work hard for their money just like your employees do they shouldn’t have to lie and cheat people to earn a commission.

Judith was great! But there were five other workers walking around, looking at their phones, going in and out of the back, and disregarding the customers. We felt like we were not seen.

Angelica, Jairo, and all the staff were awesome and super friendly! My dad, sister and I went in to get my mom a new phone for her birthday and Angelica helped us out with getting a great upgrade and explained to us our options and was not pushy at all to sell us the most expensive thing they had, she heard all our requests and worked with us we got a good phone at a good price. My mom loved her phone. I had also mentioned I just opened a new business and that I needed a phone line and internet service Angelica briefly explained my options and i knew I was going to stick with them for that as well. I came in the next day and Angelica made sure I was taken care of with one of her co workers Jairo and her manager unfortunately I don’t remember his name but also super friendly. They broke everything down for me and got me squared away with a phone line and internet that would work for me and my small business the same day. Safe to say this is going to be my location for a long time. Thank you!!

Luis and Angelica were very helpful getting my upgraded phone transferred and connected to my iwatch and new 15 pro. Very friendly answering my questions. Would come to this exact location again. Entire stuff was very friendly actually. I’ll be back to upgrade my iwatch next.
