Judy is always the best. She explains everything, puts the customer first and remembered me when she helped me before. She even sent me a short text thanking me for coming in and that my request was approved for something I needed her to do for me.It's the small stuff maybe for her, but it's huge for a customer. I had a bad week, but she listened to my needs, and I left the store very happy.Thanks again Judy for the A+ service. I can’t thank you enough… oh and my mom loves her new iPad.

Jairo Cortez at the Fresno store at 6685 N Blackstone Ave did an awesome job helping navigate our upgrades and reviewing our plan to make sure we were getting our best value. I’ve been tempted many times into to switching our carrier, but once again your customer service representatives like Jairo reassured me once again the AT&T has been the best choice for us. Rigo was amazing to work with. I highly recommend finding him to help you with whatever you need. He even helping my dad with his transfer of his old iPhone to his new one and answered all of his technical questions.

Somehow or another, my phone ended up in SOS mode, rendering it inoperable and useless. Went to this corporately-owned store and the store manager, Luis, went completely out of his way to contact the business accounts department (on a Saturday, no less)to reset my electronic SIM.Very positive experience. Everybody there was very customer service-oriented and wanting to please.Will definitely upgrade my next phone through them. ??
