Everytime I’ve come to this store, they have always been so nice to me. Always eager to help and very patient with me. I’ve gone to other stores where they have ripped me off and this has been one of the most honest ones. Thank you ATT team!

The best AT&T customer service in town! The wait time is never long, they always have enough staff ready to help. I needed to upgrade my iPhone and. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Cesar was great!

I received quick, professional, complete service. I was very pleased with the pleasant, professional, and experienced customer service associate, Jared, who helped me. I appreciated the kind, friendly, and very patient attitude associate Jared had with answering any and all my questions and requests all while multitasking with setting up my new phone, greeting new customers, answering the phone, conferring with other associates while still giving me the attention needed. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Associate Jared had great product knowledge and made the whole interaction and purchase fairly painless.

Beware! This store location is running some type of scam. We brought in my husband's iPhone, which had a cracked screen, for a trade in or credit. We were given a quote for the phone which we were satisfied with but were then told if we got the screen fixed it would double the trade in value. We were told to go to the U-Tech store in Riverpark because they would give us a discount if we told them which ATT store referred us. We got the phone fixed that same night for $110. However, when we returned to ATT the next day the Manager (Bella) told us that none of that was true and fixing the phone did not increase the trade in value at all. She would not look up our account or look into any solution for the fact that we were scammed by one of her employees (Jared). She said "I'm not responsible for what someone else told you". So basically her employees can lie to you and she takes no responsibility to correct the situation. I believe they are getting kick backs from the U-Tech store.

After physically visiting 3 other AT&T stores and my bf calling however many others, we finally found a location that had my screen protector in stock. I've had a lifetime warranty on it since purchasing my phone and call me paranoid, but it seems more like a sales tactic not to keep older generation's crucial accessories in house.But anyhow! I was so relieved that we were able to get it replaced here, and the gal that applied it to my phone did a fantastic job - not one air bubble! We were in and out within 5 minutes.
