The service at this AT&T location on 4/28/2025 was completely unacceptable. The woman closing that night locked the doors well before the posted 7 PM closing time — my family and I arrived at 6:15 PM and found ourselves locked out. She eventually opened the door, not to help, but with an attitude that made it crystal clear we were a bother just for showing up.
We explained that we needed to switch our phone lines to a new account and add another line. Instead of offering any real assistance, she immediately brushed us off, saying we have to do the switching online ourselves due to liability or something along those lines. When I asked if we could at least stay and complete the form on our phones so we could proceed with adding a line, she looked at me like I was stupid and gave a reluctant “yes,” followed by a passive-aggressive reminder that they close at 7. Of course she made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable so we just left.
Let me be clear: the store was empty, and we were the only customers there. She had 45 minutes left on the clock and flat-out refused to do her job. If this is how AT&T allows its employees to treat customers — locking doors early, turning people away, and acting like basic questions are a burden — it’s a clear sign of poor training and even worse management. This kind of behavior drives customers away and should not be tolerated.
We have jobs and lives, too — the only reason we came toward the end of the day was because my husband had just finished work. This wasn’t a casual stop. We were in urgent need of adding another line, and instead of getting help, we were met with rudeness and complete indifference. Easily the worst experience we’ve ever had at any AT&T store.
If you’re going to lock the doors and refuse service 45 minutes before closing, do everyone a favor and change your posted hours to 6 PM. At least then people won’t waste their time showing up expecting actual service.

Desiree is very knowledgeable and patient. I came in just to pay my internet bill and walked out with the new iPhone 16. I had been wanting to switch carriers and upgrade but wasn’t sure if the process would be smooth or the right time.

Fraudulent added ATT Next Up plan and phone protecttion plan to my phone- Salesman Jeremy never asked me- just added $23 per month- Would not give paper copy to see- saying printer is off- When I protested- he called ATT and said Next up can be cancelled only after 14 days- I discovered phone protection plan later and cancelled it- Very Unprofessional store- Asked for Manager0- was told no Manager available. Wasted 2 hours- sent email to ATT about fraud sale.

I cannot recommend you go here, or if you do, please assume they will lie to you for whatever incentive they have. I went there to add a number to my plan with an existing phone on January 7, 2024. First I will start that when I walked in they were all watching the football game and seemed quite annoyed that I interrupted their Sunday football game. One of them finally decided to help me after an awkward amount of time. We started the process to transfer from Verizon to AT&T and we were waiting for the phone to load the transfer pin and he rudely grabbed it from me and started the process over again assuming he somehow was going to do it differently and better causing additional delay. During this process, I asked THREE times that he was sure he was going to add the new line under the same starter unlimited plan that I had with no other add-ons. He assured me he would. Well, I got home and not only did he choose the most expensive plan he managed to add the insurance as well!! These kids do not deserve to get paid to watch football and lie to people. Please be warned if you go there to doubt every word that they say and do not leave without verifying everything.
