AT&T representative Noor has a God given talent for developing relationships and providing excellent customer service. I wish more organizations had employees like him. This AT&T store is horrible very bad service even manager canāt fix the problem , I donāt know how AT&T run this store, I need to open a account with 3 phone lines they activate only 2 lines in a 2 days I sit in the store for 9 hours still not working. Donāt go with AT&T bad service.

If I could give them one star I would because this store customer service is HORRIBLE!!!I just brought a I phone 15 pro max 12days ago and it wasnāt working properly and has cooorful lines on the screen so I went back and said if thereās anything they could do sinse it was still under the 14 days warranty but the manager just told he canāt do anything he doesnāt know what he could and said to go to the Apple Store straight why would I go to Apple Store if I brought the phone from you guys I didnāt get it even tho it was still under 14 day warranty I would never recommend going to this store to anyone!!!!

Probably one of my most painful experiences at a phone sales place. The inventory online does not match what they actually have in person. They didnāt reach out to let us know but we had to call to find out.We get there to purchase a different phone that was in stock and the doors were locked with the workers inside. The worker comes out to say they were closed and completely forgot that we just spoke over the phone about coming to buy a phone. She gets her manager who was literally lost in the sauce. I wouldnāt call him a manager because of his lack of knowledge on the locationās inventory and pending orders. He tried feeding us an excuse as to why they wonāt be helping us tonight, stating that their internet is conveniently out.Embarrassing experience and Iām so happy Iām no longer a customer!

Franco Aguilar is the best! I visited and called other stores and they could not fix the problem. I was getting ready to file a claim when my husband said āIāll go with you to the AT&T store, letās go to the one on Riverside, I bet they put their best there.ā Franco fixed it! When I walked out of the store I had 25 voice messages from 20 days prior. I was so grateful! Ask for Franco, he will take the time to dig and find the problem. Thank you
