This AT&T store is horrible very bad service even manager can’t fix the problem , I don’t know how AT&T run this store, I need to open a account with 3 phone lines they activate only 2 lines in a 2 days I sit in the store for 9 hours still not working. Don’t go with AT&T bad service.

If I could give them one star I would because this store customer service is HORRIBLE!!!I just brought a I phone 15 pro max 12days ago and it wasn’t working properly and has cooorful lines on the screen so I went back and said if there’s anything they could do sinse it was still under the 14 days warranty but the manager just told he can’t do anything he doesn’t know what he could and said to go to the Apple Store straight why would I go to Apple Store if I brought the phone from you guys I didn’t get it even tho it was still under 14 day warranty I would never recommend going to this store to anyone!!!!

Probably one of my most painful experiences at a phone sales place. The inventory online does not match what they actually have in person. They didn’t reach out to let us know but we had to call to find out.We get there to purchase a different phone that was in stock and the doors were locked with the workers inside. The worker comes out to say they were closed and completely forgot that we just spoke over the phone about coming to buy a phone. She gets her manager who was literally lost in the sauce. I wouldn’t call him a manager because of his lack of knowledge on the location’s inventory and pending orders. He tried feeding us an excuse as to why they won’t be helping us tonight, stating that their internet is conveniently out.Embarrassing experience and I’m so happy I’m no longer a customer!

Franco Aguilar is the best! I visited and called other stores and they could not fix the problem. I was getting ready to file a claim when my husband said “I’ll go with you to the AT&T store, let’s go to the one on Riverside, I bet they put their best there.” Franco fixed it! When I walked out of the store I had 25 voice messages from 20 days prior. I was so grateful! Ask for Franco, he will take the time to dig and find the problem. Thank you

I call this store on 09/29/23 around 6.30 pm ask them if they have iPhone 14 available they said yes we do me and my husband go 7.15 pm to the store they are two employees where free standing there one ask us what brings you in I answer for iPhone 14 he said oh it’s our closing time I tell him we want to buy phone and we well transferred data at home he said oh let me go back check if we have phone available come back oh we don’t have iPhone 14 we come back he lied to us next day we go there they said we have couple phone in the store I ask the employee who help next day oh last night the guys told us you guys don’t have phone in the store but who help me next day we do have last night so my ? Is are they stop working 45 minutes before there closed hour there closed time was 8 pm and they lie to customer

Loved being able to walk right in and be able to upgrade with no issues. All my questions were answered and I felt like I was respected and my time was valued! New phone is amazing as well!

I had a really good experience with a worker here. He was very helpful and very patient as he explained what the best plan would be for me. Also, the next day when I went in, he had to spend time on the phone with someone else to make sure I could get the best deal possible. Thanks Franco!

Go to the Riverside shopping center in Fresno location and ask for Noor Brar if you want to get the best customer service. He took time to educate us about our existing plan, options, different types of services and his knowledge of products were spot-on. Because of his skills, it allowed us to make the best decision for our family. He invested in us, in having a relationship with customers, and not about sales or moving onto somethingelse. We felt valued. Excellent experience. Thank you so much Noor.

went to store today they told me to wait there was only 1 customer they helping all other person were sitting there on table when i get there they went to back side i was waiting there there 2 other customer came they start helping them when i ask one of there guy hey i was here 1st they said oh wait sorry we thought you with someone and he ask what you need i told him i just need sim card he let me send someone i was watiing again after 5 mintue he came back and sorry we dont have sim card they are phone company but they dont have sim card in stock i just feel link they dont want to serve me they just lie to me feel very bad im at&t customer since 2007 and that how they treat us Thanks at&t

Don't go...Don't enlist. They hide alot of fees. And they refer you to try and resolve on ur own. After 15 yrs....really.

Rude employees. The one in the black mercedes ran stop signs, sped in the parking lot, almost git a person and practically ran me off the road. They actually expect people like myself to do business with a person like that? No thanks...
