Went in to try and get my car smog today. The guy was out front working on a car but never even acknowledged me standing around. I asked him how much for a smog and he gave me his price. Then I asked him if he can get me in for smog and he didn't even reply to me. I figured he was busy so I stood around waiting. Well 5 minutes passed by and he still didn't even acknowledge me as a customer so I just left. Customer service is non-existence here. There's other smog places that will want your business.

Only giving this a 5 star rating so more people see this, do not recommend at all I went there at 8:00 am as soon as they opened and I asked the older white guy abt doing my smog check and not really sure with all he responded with he was slurring but I pulled my car up and he started on it he was stumbling the entire time he asked me to write my address on the paper so I did and when I read my license plate # that he wrote I couldn’t even tell what it said and he walked passed me and my girlfriend and fell over on her while walking passed us I had to catch him a lil I asked if he was ok and he ignored me and kept working like nothing happened, he also told me I had to drive my car around for 30 miles or 3 days and bring it back in order for him to scan the computer which is also not the case givin the fact I make multiple trips back and forth from Bakersfield and Fresno and this is my daily car that’s also been smogged in the past no problem, my car will not be returning there in a few days I’m taking it to a different place I truly believe this worker was DRUNK at 8:00 am in the morning and I’m considering calling the police on this man

Service was very quick since I was the only car at the time. Pricing was competitive. Waiting room was available but there was room for improvement for customer comfort.
