Never helpful. Seems to never have the equipment to check a vehicle for when the check engine light is on. Says they don't have time to go out and do exchanges or check vehicles outside.

My check engine light came on and my battery died . Esteban Ocampo was a life saver not only did he swap out my battery but he ran all the tests to make sure that was the only problem. I didn’t know auto zone went above and beyond like this so happy I stopped here .

Esteban he was very helpful with my thin liner. I thought my tier popped but it wasn't it, it was the liner. He's the best!!! Good working good spirit guy he really enjoys his job you could see the passion.

today I was riding my motorcycle on my way home and it died I stop by and this gentleman name Estevan helped me out with it he was very nice and genuine hope you guys have more employees like him he's definitely a good person

Esteban went above and beyond expectations. He offered help that I never knew AutoZone had. He was very honest about it he was able to easily access lights what he could do and if there would be a lot labor what he was unable to do. Honesty and a over achiever ! Kudos to him! When you go there ask for Esteban! Thank you again!
