I only go to this location when I absolutely have to. I called for a stock check. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hingcup and called back. Jesus (a manager) hing up on me. When i got to the store about 6 minutes later, there were no customers. The attitude from the staff is terrible. If I do have to buy from there, I purchase from another location and just pick up at this location to avoid interaction with the staff at this location. The Clovis and Kings Canyon location is way better. And not far. I'd go there if you can. Or anywhere else. I've lived in this area for 6 years, and I've had maybe 1 okay experience at the Maple location.

I came to AutoZone locked myself out on accident Danny went above and beyond his job and got my car unlocked kept me out of the heat I’ll forever be a customer thank you Danny R for your time and hard work

The parts manager, Jesus, was extremely professional and displayed a “customer service first” approach in taking the time to process a return, while politely fielding three phone calls (two in perfect Spanish). If I were looking for an employee, I would hire this guy to work for my company.

You go a and you buy something you misplace your receipt and they take your number down wrong and when you go back to return an item they have no information on you so they don't give you a refund well since I've been doing business with with working on my car and going to buy parts they could have gave me store credit but instead they brushed me off and tell me without the phone number that they took for me the day before was wrong or wouldn't compute on their computer .when I gave them the right phone number the day befor first pep Boys now AutoZone who can you trust now days I won't return to either one of . Poor as much money as I spend their they should have gave me store credit .now they lost a customer.
