Purchased a battery from a different store but was the wrong type. Initially they didn't want to exchange thought that it was used but after confirming with manager and checking the battery, they did exchange it. Can understand why they did it and they were nice about it, so giving good recommendation.

Shout out to Vanthano! I think that's how you spell his name. Asian gentleman. He's always super helpfull! I always see him helping out customers and he's always in a good mood. Bought some windshield wipers and he helped put them on for us and topped off the windshield fluid. Vanthano consistently goes the extra mile by offering enticing bundle deals and ensuring we find exactly what we need. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, 100% the best customer service in any autoparts business I've experienced.
