Came in to test my battery and the worker Trevor came out to help. Found I needed a replacement and he was able to replace for me quickly. Also come to find out he was on his lunch break! What a sweetheart would recommend this location ~

I had to get a new car battery; due to my car barely wanting to start! I went to the Auto Zone on Kings Canyon and Chestnut and the employee did not want to help me and stated that all of their machines that test for the battery were not functioning and dismissed me. I decided to go to the Auto Zone on Chestnut and Jensen. As soon I walked into the Auto Zone on Chestnut and Jensen and asked for assistance; Pedro helped me immediately. Pedro helped me pick out the best battery for my car and even took the time out to install the battery for me. Pedro provided excellent customer service and helped a customer in distress. Thank you, Pedro! I will make sure to come back to your store for my automotive needs.

I usually go to Sanger or Fresno Auto Zone but was in Selma n got my Spark plugs there instead was given wrong one's and with only one car in a rural area is no joke but they usually have knowledgeable workers and we all make mistakes so do not drain your oil before checking your parts just FYITY AUTO ZONE my bad
