Absolutely amazing service. I always go to this autozone and the employee are always ready to help. I've been a regular customer here for the past few years and I've never once had trouble with any of the employee. I always go to this store even if its out of my way.

I came 20 to 10 minutes before closing time and Jennifer was very rude she told me she could not help me because they were almost closing she has a very bad attitude so I left and came back the next day SMH!

Jennifer gave us the wrong part. Sent us to another store to pick it up. She input the pre pay down as a hub order. So it wasnt a straight refund at the other store. The refund at the other store took some time to get. I had to come back to jennifers location to buy a socket related to the initial part. I explained to her what happened as the whole process was frustrating. I told her what socket i needed and she read the wrong part back to me. I told her thats what started this whole headache. She started to argue with me in an aggressive tone. She took no responsibility. Andrew ended up helping us out as Jennifer's behavior was out of control. Jennifer needs some training on quality customer service.
