Came in and was not greeted...not even with a simple "hello". Anyways I went ahead and asked one of the younger female associates for a K&N part (Cold Air Intake steel part)...not only was I lied to about them not having OR carrying any kind of part like the one I was looking for and havinga DEDICATEDsectionof K&N parts, but then she started sarcastically laughing at me subtlety and looked at me like I was some crazy idiot and then I stopped engaging in the conversation with her about the K&N part in question...Not even 2 minutes later...I ended up finding the exact part that I was looking for in the back part of the store in one of the aisles...along with more K&N products perfectly organized into a section that according to the associate I spoke with "didn't exist" lol. So what did I end up deciding to do in the end? I decided to NOT buy the part due to the poor customer service I recieved today. It's likely that I will do my auto parts shopping somewhere else from now on. Thanks for nothing...how shameful and lousy...

I went to return the radiator that the tech had mistakenly given me the wrong one. I go in receipt in hand, and the cashier is sitting there acting like I'm trying to run a scam. All I wanted to do is change out my radiator cashier Leland Stevens was being a complete jerk. He insinuated I was attempting to run a scam, and he better never see me in there again. Again, I had a receipt in hand only wanted to change out my radiator for the appropriate radiator. No money was leaving the store. This guy is a complete donkeys butt. I called corporate.

I went to AutoZone to check my battery strength and starter. This service is complimentary at AutoZone. Leland, the store associate assisted me in this delema. Even though the battery was only 2 years old, living here in the CA Central Valley with extreme heat, drains the battery much faster than most other places I have lived. Even the winters of New England are better than the heat stress on a battery. Leland discovered the issue, and changed the battery for me. This is highly appreciated given that I am a disabled USAF Veteran. His exemplary service is to be commended.He rechecked the system and the alternator did not clear. He advised me to bring it to my mechanic for further diagnostic services. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Not to mention the extra step he took to assist me. That kind of customer service is lacking in larger retail stores, for example Walmart.

I love the usual workers I’ve gone with in the past. This last time I went to get battery checked. The woman I trusted said my battery was 100 and my alternator was bad. As I was waiting to change my alternator (few days) I got stranded with my two kids in the heat because of her. My family friend says alternator is fine, the battery was the one that was bad.

Great customer service! Warranties a battery when they didn't have to which was a very nice surprise. I'll be back to this one!
