The customer service at 927 S Clovis Ave in Fresno, CA is extraordinary! Macario and Miah went above and beyond to help me with my battery. They took the time to test it, and since it was good, they went one more step and checked my car's alternator, starter and performed an overall diagnostic. Thankfully, it was all good, as it was just a matter of loose cables! I appreciate their honesty and their kindness in helping me, plus they saved me at least $250. Macario and Miah, I can't thank you enough for all your help and for providing great customer service!

I went into this location today to buy transmission fluid, I had to run back out to my car for something and ended up locking my keys in the car. They went out of their way to help me when they didnt have to and I am very grateful thank you so very much!!!

Came in because my oil was low, staff was kind, checked my oil, gave me the right one and helped me pour into my car. Great service.

Holy Mackerel! How many times must I visit the wrong store and be pushed to the side? Then when I check to see if I can afford it they seem to charge my card and take my last $ off hold so I can use it elsewhere. After all their oil was almost 6$ a pint for the STP(CHEAPEST) brand. Just bad business.

I normally use the Autozone at Clovis/Kings Canyon because it's convenient for me. I use a few others in the area when parts availability becomes an issue.
I usually get good service and the staff is helpful when questions arise. The prices are fair and they offer different pricing levels for many parts.

A gender discrimination situation occurred this afternoon with a male employee and myself, a female. I used their scanner because my engine light and several codes popped up and this time, I saw a code I didn't recognize. I asked the employee (male, early 30s) about the code and he talked to me like I was a child and made me feel stupid for asking a question in which I wanted to learn about. I don't appreciate the attitude when I asked if he could provide a print-out, which he refused, so I asked if I can take a picture of the screen, and after rolling his eyes at me, let me take a picture and I left. I usually have good experiences at this location but today between 12:15-12:25pm was the worst.
