Stopped by quickly just to get a replacement bulb for one my our headlights, expected to have to take it to a shop after and pay to get it replaced. Juan however, went above and beyond and got us the right bulb and replaced it for us on the spot. Took less than 15 minutes and saved us some money. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be back.

I went to this AutoZone as my last resort after trying Visalia and Tulare looking for a part and Juan literally looked through boxes to try to help find a match and he did he desires a raise for sure

Rating the store that I work at as a five. many customers agree. If you have any issue please. Come to store 02889 and one of my awesome managers will indeed get it figured out. I have treated you all at the best of my ability and appreciate the reviews have been great for me and my store. Auto Zone and zoners always put the the customer first..even if.. Great store and hope will visit when needed.

Horrible, lazy workers, close doors early states 11pm close time. Went in multiple times now quarter till posted close time with no customers inside and doors are locked. Could clearly see workers inside counting cash at their drawer, donât expect much from this location.

Store manager Leland was so helpful Monday afternoon (june 17) i was so stressed out over my car sounding like it was going to shut down and I got alot of comments that it could be my battery giving up on me so I called Auto Zone and got some better quotes but wanted to test my own car battery before buying a new one. So I went in and got helped and sure enough Leland came out with his tool boxes and help me take my battery out and tested it and yes was the battery , it was super low so I got a new one and as kind as he was he helped me again to the car and did all the work for me can't THANK HIM enough for the best costume service ! 10 out 10 !!!

My car battery had died. Mind you itâs 9 at night. My boyfriend comes to jump my car. I went to this auto zone as itâs the only one open. When I walk in I see a bunch of people just talking and not acknowledging us. A gentleman finally offered to help us, when I asked if they can check my battery, he said they donât carry the tester there. I just think if itâs going to be the only one open late, they should have the machinery to help customers.
