I had a problem with a one hundred bill they gave my dad we went to exchange it and whoever the manager is the big guy. He needs a customer service course or something because he was absolutely disappointing. Nice to tell my dad that common sense too check all your bills before you leave, way to go bud you sure made yourself look ridiculous.

This location always closes half an hour to an hour early and doesn't open on time either. The manager on duty has the time to explain that they have " emergencies" then wants to argue with me for 5 min, because I said they do this all the time . She would have probably kept going to if I didn't cut her off and tell her she needs to back inside Beveridge of the emergency.

I've been doing banking here for a local non-profit and I'm pretty happy with it, and it's all based on customer service. Our group of "signers" had to meet at the branch in river park and the wait there was torture. Wait lines at this branch can be extremely long too, but the employees make it a little less painless. Once I came in to make several cash deposits and forgot to fill out a separate deposit slip for each deposit before getting to the counter. The rep was totally nice about it and didn't make me feel bad despite the long line. I didn't even know our account number. She helped me get all the info and everything done as quickly and organized as possible. Other reps have also been just as helpful and pleasant with other items/issues. Never thought I would say that about a BoA haha

Please don't waste your time coming to this branch! Over 15 people waiting, with only one teller. The two sitting in their little cubicle or whatever is called don't give a crap about the customers. The poor woman is trying to hustle regular and merchant customers. They suck!!!!!

I have been to this branch twice because BOFA said you can to go any branch to have a fax done regarding your mortgage and your fax was not operational both times I went in and BOFA assures customers they can go to a branch. And I count on you. And, your branch acts like they really don't care that their fax doesn't work. It's terrible.
