I guess they were on a high horse since someone had just walked out leaving an id that wasn't theres....chunkier guy, red shirt, with his Asian work wife, he was just racially profiled by his own co worker(his words) lol she said he looked like the guy that left the id, yikes....I got a lot of tea while waiting to be denied lol went to another Bank of America and was helped instantly without the weird gossiping vibes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Open hours are short (why close in a popular area at 4pm daily, with no weekend hours???). Inside teller area has only 1 teller, with a line that stretches 12 strong. Bank reps walking around doing nothing, saying hi and then walking by with no jumping in to serve the long line.Ridiculous! Will be moving my account elsewhere...

Horrible place if u need to get exactly what u want these plp are the reason why u will be here for hrs so slow alway one worker working long lines if u have to inside plz go to a different location this place is a disaster seriously???

Service was impeccable. I was here to sign on to an existing non-profit account. It was all handled, once we could get the appointment, with efficiency and ease. This is NOT your typical bank where you go to a teller to deposit or receive cash. It is very much a business branch, set up to assist professionals with business accounts and investments. I have been told, by those who know, that this is the best Band of America branch in Fresno. The bank is located on Palm, just north of Fig Garden Financial Center. Plenty of parking. Well secured lot.

Staff is good but not enough staff. What I see that works is having someone handle deposit only transactions with a tablet while members are standing in line. Please do better.

Why every branch of Bank of America is VERY SHORT staffed?? Why they don’t value our time ? I can’t stand in line for 2 hrs to talk to a banker! And when I try to make an appointment, it’s all booked for 2 months!!!
