Ridiculous service, long lines, short staffed that should sum it up, I have accounts in all 3 major bank and so far the best has been chase for me personally like seriously don’t come here don’t open an account with them I’m gonna be moving everything to chase

As the reviews said, this BoA location is indeed trash. Came in not even the closing time yet and was told they won’t take another client, been staying with them as a preferred client for the past 10+ years but that seems about to be done.

Bank of America is Trash lately. No location can answer the phone at all. And I called like 6 different ones.
Wells Fargo is better.

In line for 25 minutes and have not moved. Line is out the door. Only customer getting service is business clients. I would not even give one star but only option.

This used to be the best branch in Fresno. however, they have changed The associates to non competent people who are extremely horrible at customer service.They have a merchant window. But they keep you in the retail line for no reason. If you are a merchant, find another find another bank like I did. Even the manager is horrible
