Nice managers, but if you want your money put into the right account don’t come here, 3 times now the tellers have put my money into another family members account I’m connected too, mediocrity at its finest.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Truly want Bank of the West back. Absolutely no customer service. The seemless transition was not. Besides auto-pay snafus, lost all detailed categories and notes for individual bank transactions. No ability to schedule an appointment online, which means you sit and wait. Plus no one answers the phone and no ability to leave a voice mail message. Also for months, trying to get bank account details changed I keep getting "just one more thing". Enough! BMO stop spending money on commercials and instead hire more staff.

TERRIBLE customer service definitely never coming back to this location! The three times I've been here the same 2 ladies were extremely rude with condescending attitudes.

My grandma passed over a year ago. She had bonds in her and my mothers name. This bank says there is none and they can’t find them sad excuse

I posted my finance app because I'm tired of being stolen fromm these are real finances and I'm tired of the stealing I work 16 hours a day onthis stuff and in 6 years the last 3 years nothing I'm sick of this whit the stress from it all has killed me

I had such a great experience at this bank. Called to schedule an appointment to open a business account and was told to come in and someone would help me. Once there, I was immediately helped by the most accommodating and thoughtful young woman. We had an amazing conversation while she led me through the process of opening my first business account. I felt like she genuinely believed in what I do and truly cares about my success, she even took a picture of me once we were done to document my experience.My family has had business bank accounts here for years and encouraged me to open my first one here as well. I'm glad I did, I left feeling encouraged and ready to begin my business venture with the support I need.

First and gerndon bank of the west branch manager went into my account and she reported my card lost/stolen...I mean who the he'll does that? What she did is a fraud accessing my account details after I left and willingly without my permission reported my card... Monday morning I will start from BBB than Sue that branch for a fraud because I need my card now I am out of town and I can't use it.. never go this place

Very disappointed in this bank. When I call the phone just rings and rings.Many of the checks I write don't have an image attached and without that, a name or check # I have no way of really knowing who the check was for -- especially if the amounts are identical. And when I went in to complain about added charges to my Goldline account I was told that in addition to the $12.00 per transaction and the interest -- I would be charged an addition $6.00 for even using the account. This used to be a good bank. A bank I could count on to resolve issues quickly with fair practices. Now I'm looking for a new bank because I do not trust this one any longer.
