The place was very busy. I went to pick up my order early, and they fulfilled it. I was in the store incredibly long, but they still serviced me. Four stars for courteous service, but it was obvi that they helped people actively buying in the store before online purchases and store pickup.

This is my favorite bath and body works location, however when I picked up my products today. One of the girls who worked there looked really unhappy and wasn’t very welcoming towards when it came when I picked up my online order.
