Just had an amazing experience with Pati the assistant manager. She was so kind and helpful. This is “why” I recommend PNC!

Horable customer sirvis, was off work for disability and they closed my checking accoutt the same week I went back to work and declined my direct deposit, causing a 3week delay in getting my paycheck then refused to help me open a new accout, then when I decided to go to another bank refused to assist with closing the remaining account I had with them

I agree w some of the other comments here about u professionalism and racism. Every time I come here they give me a hard time when I try to withdraw because my id hasnt been updated. They also ask you out loud how much you would like to withdraw instead of letting you fill out the withdrawal slip like other banks What if I don't want the entire bank knowing how much money I’m leaving with. I’ll be switching banks as soon as I get some free time.

I received a check from a company. I deposited into my account not at PNC. I got notification from my bank stating it was returned by the paying bank PNC because they couldn't find the account. I called the company and they said that shouldn't have happened. To take it to PNC directly and they will cash it. So I did and the teller told me I would be charged 1.50 to cash it. I said I shouldn't because PNC rejected the check. I tried to show him what I got from my bank. He didn't even want to see it and said take it up with my bank. I asked to see the manager and he said he was in Clovis. So I left, when I got in the car I recounted the money and he charged me 2.00 not 1.50 like he said it was. I then called the Clovis PNC since I was told the manager was there. I was told he was in a meeting. The girl took my name and number and said she would have Ruben call me as soon as he is out of his meeting. Well it now has been over 24 hrs and never heard from Ruben the manager. Now I know why I quit banking with PNC.

Previously I was a compass bank member for like 12 years and they sold out to PNC. I lost some perks with the switch but stayed to see how it turned out. I really enjoyed the previous tellers that left with the change BUT Patricia is still there. She’s always been very professional, helpful and polite. I’m happy I stayed.

At first I didn't like this new bank was taking over my old bank. It's a quiet little place with an awarding winning app...but PNC just made it better.I don't know why people like those big banks. Lines are ridiculous. Never had ro wait at PNC and mobile deposits clear immediately. Love it...

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. I just left the bank wanting to withdraw my money and close my account due to me relocating. I was told to wait someone will see me and give me a check I asked if I could get my money cash and was told it was a large amount for me to be carrying(her opinion) when it was BBVA I would withdraw more then what's in my account now with no hessitation. When I was seeing by someone else I was told to come back tomorrow because the supervisor was with a customer and did not know how long it'd take until I was seeing and she understands I have 2 little ones with me ?? I was told to use the ATM if I needed cash. Went outside used the ATM did not go through, went inside( they didn't realize I had walked in and I heard them talking about me when I was approaching them the second one that had helped me left) to withdraw and was told I had to wait until another day because there was an activity "pending" on my account and there were no funds in my account. I told her it shows my full balance in the app with no activities. She said the app is different from what the computer shows her. I told her I had made a transfer Tuesday to my PNC account and it showed on my side it was posted. She did her "research" and said "oh yes, I see it posted today" I followed by asking why I couldn't be given the now half the amount I was requesting and she stated the only way I can make use of my money is through the ATM if I needed cash and/or use my card at any store. I told her there was no point on coming back tomorrow "to close my account" if I use my card because then there will be more transactions pending and won't be able to close my account. She said they would post today?? I hope she don't expect me to believe her. Either they don't have the full $4,700 that belong to me or they don't want me to close my account ? she followed by "it's just a matter of getting used to the new updates just give it some time"
