The service was not good. My husband was going to make a $500 purchase and waited more than 20 minutes for assistance. We would understand if it was busy but it was not busy at all. We saw many employees just standing around doing a whole lot of nothing. Management do better.

Waiting for assistance is the worst. Customer service is terrible and big boy on register with green hair is extremely rude with a terrible attitude! Not a single word shared just awkward stare while checkin us out. Literally no line at all ever so no need to be in a mood.

Came here for store pickup of an Xbox headset. Waited in the car 25+ min before I decided to go inside to ask what was going on. It's simple and nice to order ahead online, but if you don't want to wait 30+ min for something, don't go here. So busy and so little staff. BTW it was 7:30pm when I went in and still busy.

When it comes to the selection of all types of technology, Best Buy is where it's at. The store is large, with each category of electronics and services having their own sections. The selection doesn't just stop at electronics, though, they also have various other types of products like movies, plushies, figures, and more. The prices and customer service, though, don't do the selection a justice. Everything is so overly priced unless you do a price match (which is pretty restrictive) or you find a good sale, which isn't often enough and isn't on all their products or most popular. You'll get better deals at their competitors. The customer service is also terrible. To get the attention of an associate is near impossible. Every time I come here, it's a mission to find someone to help, and once I locate someone, it's an awkward experience trying to get help because they almost seem to resist helping customers. We needed help with a question we had last time we came and located a group of 3 associates just talking about their day in a circle. I approached the circle slowly and waited to be acknowledged, and they didn't. I stood there awkward for minutes before I had to interrupt them, and then they looked at ME like I was the rude one. Yeah, no. Best Buy has an amazing selection, but that's about it.

We went in an hour and a half before closing. We knew exactly what we wanted, model number and everything. It took 90 minutes to get someone to help us. On weekday night. I find it ridiculous that you can go into a store, knowing what you want to purchase and not be able to because you are told they are short staffed on the sales floor. There were plenty of other employees in the store; cross train them.

Zoey / Zoe in returns dept in river park, super Awesome n sweet customers service!! The outsourced telephone service,, is not however. They constantly hang up on u, put u on hold for long lengths and come back on phone with wrong information!! They don't know their jobs at all!!! But Zoey rocks in her dept!!!!

Finding what I was looking for was very difficult. Wasn't able to find what I was looking for. No staff any where to even ask. Very disappointing.

Poorly managed. Don’t come here unless you want to have your name put on a waitlist to be seen! This is not Apple. This system is horrible.

They don't care about customer. Eric had terrible service. Store had people greating and nobody helping customer who are ready to buy. Just order on Amazon it's easier. Especially if customer service is tossed out. They will fade away due to the service they offer. Why run it slim. Close down and you can save more payroll.

Went to best buy to get some monster banana plugs .The guy there said best buy doesn't stock that brand anymore , but had something else by a different company. And so they had and I bought them. Fairly tale ending

This review is for Carson's performance only. He did an exceptional job assisting me with outstanding customer service. As usual the overall wait time for service was long as many employees roamed around ignoring customers. Pricing is only reason to go there.
