The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful to me when I brought my dog in for a nail trim. Based on this initial visit, I would recommend them highly and will be back.

Charlotte always takes amazing care of our havanese. Our pup feels safe and looks amazing afterwards. His hair feels wonderfully soft. We also like to buy him a treat at the store during his service.

I have a Welsh Terrier, and Charlotte is the only person in the Valley that knows how to groom her the way she's supposed to be groomed. She does an amazing job. Frankie always comes home looking like she's ready to be in a show.

I can’t say enough good things about Charlotte and her groomers! I appreciate everything they do to keep my poms perfect!! I’ve had so many bad experiences over the years and it was so wonderful to discover Best In Show!! Do you’re dogs a favor and take them there! My dogs used to hate getting groomed and wound shake and just didn’t want to go! Now they are so happy and they never looked better! Thankyou Charlotte! Issy, wolfie and I appreciate you so much!

They got my Dash hound Winston in for a nail trim when others could not. Vary friendly and showed much respect to me and my dog. They seemed gentle and kind. We will be going back.
