To the point of almost not coming back. This store used to be something great. In recent years it has fallen from a 5 star establishment. To a 2 star establishment. Visited on Jan 17 at approximately 11:45. Asked some questions about whiskey to the guy who was on the phone (personal call sounding) complaining about other workers. I attempted to talk to him and ask the questions. I was ignored until taping his shoulder. I got one question in then he quickly gave a single syllable answer before walking off on his phone. So sad. I walked out buying nothing. I'll give it a couple more chances but I'm getting to the end.

They were better stocked this time than the last time I went, so that's good. I went New Year's Eve and the older man working the register made my experience less than positive. He spent several minutes ringing the person up in front of me, shooting the poop, talking about sports, even after the transaction was done. He just stood there and they just chatted with two people in line. He cussed quite a bit while ringing me up, referring to different alcohols i was purchasing with various colorful normally bleeped out descriptions. He struggled with the register, other employees walked by and would not help him or open up another register. Maybe have him stock the shelves and have someone more customer service orientated at the register?

May as well. Just go in the store. Stand in line after you get the stuff off the shelf yourself. I placed an order yesterday afternoon for pickup today at 10. :00 to 11:00, I showed up at 1:30 and my order had not been pulled and the clerk couldn't have been more rude letting me know how busy they were and that's why my order wasn't ready. I'm sorry. 24 hours plus notice? And I prepaid? Thank you Tracy. Maybe I'm just one less customer and you don't give it a hoot. But your customer service needs some work.

Very poor services. They will say anything for a sale(Total wine has better prices). I found out the hard way. Two gift sets of alcohol at $72.63 at Bev-Mo. Total wine had same gift set, but for three it was $94. About $22 for that third set, when a regular bottle alone is $29 or more at both places. Plus Total wine offered free delivery. Again I learned the hard way. Buyer BEWARE.

If I was able to give no stars I would have. Their management has the worst customer service skills. I hope they don't train their staff In the same manner, as management they should proof read their deal sinage prior to posting them up. And instead of taking care of the customer they simply put it as "it is what it is. It was sent by corporate". Not shopping here anymore. Would like to spread the word even tho the signs says one thing clearly, it doesn't mean its right!!!!

Has become so trashy since it turned into a "GoPuff." Rude and ignorant staff, no proper packaging for liquor. Still has booze other places don't, but it's a chore to shop there now.

Honestly, I was not too pleased with the selection. Lacked having good ciders. German beers were limited. But if you wanted white claw or truly they had all kinds of stuff like that. Won't be going back.

Don’t go 30 minutes before closing. They should update their times if they are closed early. Second time this happened to me. Doors were closed and the workers were just at the counter on their phones.
