“I stopped by on a Saturday and the place was super busy. I couldn't get tires mounted off my wheelchair rims to get hand rims on. the gentleman, i forget his name, was super helpful, worked with me and gave me 1st class a exemplary customer service.I highly recommend this place!! Will be coming back for my wheelchair ♿️ needs, thank you sir, not owner but related to the owner!”

“Walked in on a Saturday morning. Small shop. Only one employee working on a bike, but he promptly helped me. Got the bike tube I needed, but didn't have patch kits I wanted. Seemed a little sparsely stocked and not well organized. Probably because items you can buy online. But if you need an actual service on your bike seems like a good place to go. Also a decent selection of bikes.”

“Had a bike shipped and built at The Bike Shop. Aaron let me know of a defective part and ordered the part and installed properly. Took care of all the headaches that could have been mine. Picked up the bike and we noticed some disc brake rub which was easily fixed with Josh. Good guys, good shop, would go here first. Thanks fellas!”
