We were greeted on entry, taken directly to the area of the store where the item was I needed, and peaked interest in other items on display. The staff even made a connection with my daughter regarding her school and disney pin collection. Amazing service from Marianne and the other associate. Thank you both.

Would be nice if there were some gaming tables available on site for purchase. Fued with California Democrat government caused Big 5 to remove all firearms from their California stores. Big 5 could have invested in order to keep gun sales going, but didn't feel the profit margin was going to be effective.

Store was nice, clean and organized when walking through. Everything was decently priced and they had some great sales running when we went. The service was a bit lacking though. Nobody seemed to be around the entire store. When we finally went to check out, we were slightly confused as to where the registers were because they were so incredibly disorganized and cluttered with merchandise that they were unrecognizable at first. The cashier was nice and took care of the transaction fast. The cool thing about Big 5 is that the deals don't end in store. They offer plenty of coupons through their ads and on their website that you can scan straight from you phone. A nice little plus. Great store to buy sporting goods with a wide variety.
