Great place to keep your stuff, the manager Robert is a very honest good guy one of the main reasons why I keep my stuff there. Reasonably priced and very safe environment. Been using his storage now for 5 years. Much appreciated. Thank you guys.

Life savers in a pinch. We needed affordable and quick storage and that’s what they provided. Also they help with a storage truck for free that they drive for you. We have had different needs that needed to be adjusted to and they greatly accommodated us. Robert and John have been very considerate to our storage needs.

Office staff friendly, helpful and are there any time you need something. They go above and beyond. Storage prices are very reasonable.

No hassle entry in and out. It's a little out of the way but it helps with over crowding. Every time I was there I was never rushed and literally had all the time to pack or pick up. Definitely recommend the place for storage needs.

This place may be hard to find but it all works out for the best storage place and the cheapest in the Fresno area.
As far as the worker's Mr. Robert G. Is one of a kind. He is a good person always willing to help others Rain or shine.
I have had two units there for several years. I have had my ups and downs , I was in a car accident not just one but two. I lost my job, I lost my house, and after losing my mom I really hit rock bottom.
Robert was my friend be on friends. He helped me get back on track with my finances. Help me get clients for house cleaning. So I would be able to catch up on my units and not lose them. My storage is all I got left, so of course I don't want to them. So I just want to thank Robert for all he has done for me and my family. And now we got his brother John he is also so kind hearted. Thank you Bob's Mini Storage for doing a great job.

I am only now learning about Bobs storage
First glance is it's different from the others. With the construction on most of the streets to get there, to the point I am not certain i.could find the place on my own.?

Couldn't pay my bill cause the work there giving me problems and he is really unprofessional and rude and he slammed the window on me and cussing me out for no real reason when I was just talking to him and I hope no one goes there again and stuff will be stolen out of there cause they don't do their job

Who is the manager here? John or Robert?? Are they brothers? Who is the one that when you try to make a payment or correction, sounds like he's having a phycotic episode? Then auctions off your storage? My relative just went through this, has had unit for 10yrs.... Never missed a payment. Is a soft spoken person, not a loud nor rude person (my relative). Just trying to pay their payment.

Bob's mini storage has been amazing! I've had three different units on 3 separate occasions. By far the cheapest units in town. Today I closed out my last unit and we all know how horrible moving day can be and my day was goin about that well. I was struggling to get my dresser in the truck when outta nowhere here came Robert to save the day. He helped me get my dresser on the truck and even tied it down for me, in the RAIN!! Thank you Bob for having employees like Robert. Always willing to help out, even in the rain. And Robert, thanks again my friend, next time lunch is on me.

My mom had a unit with Bob's for over 12 years, she recently passed away and I needed another unit for the remaining belongings of hers, not only were they helpful and understanding but was able to accomidate my needs. They always make me feel right at home when I'm there and prices are reasonable and recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit through them.

What a joke! I have met and seen the owner in action. He has got to be the worst buisness owner, and should not have the right to own a buisness. Owner cant control his temper will go off for some of the smallest things, iv seen him with multiple of there guests/tenants. Seriously he don't know what's wrong from right, cannot seem to keep professionalism, and calm his attitude, he is a snake! ? Don't use this facility for any reason. It would be a major mistake. Also all workers are nosy , they watch u n look at what u have, n what u are storing there. I can't say there was anything good about the place. If I could I would not of gave the star they got from me, but it's the only way was able to post. Worst storage facility around! Absolutely the worst!
