“This is definitely a good place to take your car in for repairs! They took great care of my car! They even repaired a couple of other things that they noticed free of charge. I took my vehicle to Preferred Collision to repair a bumper. However, they noticed that one of my rear lights wasn’t turning on, so they replaced it. And they also noticed that the back right door wasn’t opening, so they fixed it! They worked with my insurance professionally and did everything fast!!! I recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“I just picked up my car today from Greenway auto body shop. This had been such a nightmare for me for the past 100 days. My car was stolen, recovered but damaged as a result. My insurance company took 60 days to finally approve the repairs. By the referral of a very special new friend, I brought my car to Greenway for repairs. Finally, after additional nerve wrecking episodes that Nichole and Joe went through with my insurance company, refusing to pay them for their honest hard work,they finally were able to give my car back today. “I called and talked to the Owner Alfred Moran Jr. to make an appointment to come bye and get an estimate. Alfred suggested I drop bye on the way home from work. I got there at 3:30 pm just before they closed at 4:00 pm. Alfred and his Father Moran Sr. came out to greet me after I pulled into the yard and was directed to one of their service bays. They offered me a chair and let me sit near by and watch while their young and talented staff put my car on their hoist rack to inspect the air shield that had been damaged and needed to be reattached to my car. They had me out in less than 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me there would be no charge for their services this their work. I tipped the two technicians and thanked Alfred and his Father for treating me so fairly and told them I would definitely be back if I needed any body work down the road. The were so friendly, professional and attentive to getting my car put back together quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend you give Alfred a call if you need any auto body repairs.”

Started communications with Billy, who got me in touch with Chris Poe, an awesome and straight forward man. He talked me through the process and simplified it, my stress level dealing with insurance company went away after Chris took over and contacted Farmers to get the ball rolling. Dropped off the car with Jimmy and he helped me acquire a rental car. Jimmy got me a ride to the rental agency and on my way I went.
Today I got a text update just as planned that the car will be ready and when to pick it up. Did I say how easy it was working with the whole professional team at Secure It New!
