I absolutely love the customer service here. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Anahi. Very vibrant and knowledgeable even for her being new! I came from a different carrier and am already satisfied with my decision. Jamal helped me make the smartest decision for my purchase with all his knowledge on technology and the sales. He was also very kind and helpful. One thing I noticed is they were getting other customers in and out at a fast pace with a smile on their face while helping me and it didn't cut into my time with them. Everything was easy switching over and they had so many deals and phones available on site. The store was very clean and in a safe area. They even had deals on cases and screen protectors which they installed themselves. Anahi even helped transfer my information over from my old phone to the new phone. I strongly suggest stopping by here when making such a big purchase. I bought two iPhone 15s and am very satisfied. Thanks again, Anahi and Jamal, for your expedient service.
