This business has the boost mobile name on the but it does not mean it is boost mobile Inc. The actual store business name is different look at your receipt ..you can purchase boost mobile phones way cheaper on line and you won't be charged that extra fee they charge you to set up phone.. you can do it yourself.. just purchase phone and the plan which provides you phone service for the alloted time purchased and set it upno need to pay extra for something you can do yourself .

was a nightmare trying to get account number, don't post on website, no past bills nothing, you need to call ...then get a foreign call center. difficult to understand customer service persons, then on hold and twice disconnected or hung up on. then was transfered after 10 minutes, and then just cancelled service, they told me they we were going to delete my account, on Auto pay but locked out of my account so could not delete credit card from account, said they would send text to new number with confirmation of cancellation, never arrived....if you have a choice don't use this service, I was transfered to Boost from Virgin Mobile, was my daughters phone, she finally got her own service....yea! Never again Boost!!!!

Boost Mobile corporate screwed us up royally. Abdul spent the time to TRY and straighten up their screwup, and, failing that, get us a strategy to fix corporate's error and get us back on track. He didn't have to, and didn't get any money from it, but represented the establishment AND Boost Mobile well. A+++ experience.

OVERCHARGESI understand charging a service fee But it is wrong not to be upfront about what they charge to do Especially when not asked to perform any tasks Went on to buy a sim card I knew the exact type and called ahead to make sure they had it All he had to do was sell it to me for $10 Decided he wanted to make sure I was asking for the correct card because of some reason he didn't explain The sim card I requested was correct and he proceeded to speak with the boost worker over the phone and ask for my phone All he did was put the card in and tell the teleworkwer a number Which I intended on doing myself After he charges me $25 Double the price of the sim card plus $5 I was confused and called another boost after walking out and they confirm it's usually just $10 I return, and he explains it is his "activation charge"I bought my phone elsewhere ,unlocked, and was already a boost customer He did basically nothing and charged me for it I get itWe have to make a living If you want to overcharge for simple tasks OK But be upfront about your fees and don't start doing something a customer didn't ask for Especially when they come in knowing exactly what they want and ask for it directly If I had been aware that I could buy a SIM card anywhere, and not just from my provider I would have taken up his offer to, "Give me back my SIM card and go somehwere else."

this place has bad customer service. They have a reputation here for being the worst boost mobile because they give there customers attitude. they think they are so better like humble yourself, you work at a boost mobile, don't get cocky thinking you better than errybody.

Had to come here cause my first choice didn't have the phone I wanted. Do not come here. The reps are so clueless on the policies AND phones. They grilled us for a review which (HERE U GO THEN). It was just a bad experience. Avoid this boost at all costs
