I endured being with boost mobile for two years. I do not know how or why. their services were always very poor but lately they declined to a point that my phones were useless while visiting Mexico. They offer you unlimited everything but in reality, what they don't tell you is that their network is so bad that it is impossible to access the internet when you are in Mexico. No picture texting, no music listening, no google, etc. if you expect to be connected while you are in Mexico, you are in for a very bad surprise. in the end, when I wanted to unlock my I-phones (my wife's and mine) after being told the unlock process would take 48 hours, I had to ask three times and in the end, my phones were never unlocked. I had to buy new phones and go to a different carrier. if you hear Boost Mobile.... run the opposite direction!!!

I have a question every time I go in to pay my monthly phone bill and Maria is always kind enough to answer them. She’s really patient and thorough when answering them too. She’s made my experience with boost great since I’ve switched in March. Definitely recommend this Boost!
