“Yay! They had some building materials we needed for our garage addition that both Lowe's and Home Depot indicated in stock, but neither had. The hubby called WC just to be sure they had what he needed before making the drive over there. They are located on Shields, east of Clovis Ave just before you get to Sunnyside. Courteous and helpful employees, both on the phone and in store. Open 6AM to 5PM M-F. Closed on Sat and Sun.”

“Go through the gate once place is open. I came early and parked across the street. You can also park in front of building because there was no cars there. Place has a lot of room to maneuver. Only has one dock. The dock is very low so your landing gear or skirt on your trailer might scrape the ground. People are nice here and it took awhile to unload.”
“Great people, with great attitudes! Delivering with a 53' trailer is actually easy, once you've been there a time or two. The most important thing is, to know what to do first, right?
Well, if it's open/clear, you will pull into the drive way that runs east and west, on the SOUTH side of the main building! Check in at WILL CALL, on the Southeast corner of the same building.
If there is already a truck in the dock, you may be asked to stage just north on N Irritec Way, then they will call you on your cell phone.
If you can park in the middle of the road between the yellow lines, walk in and check in, it will save further time if staged, as you won't have to mess with getting back out of their yard.
The guys were super nice, and patient with my trying to comprehend all of this! Thanks fellas!!!! LOL ?
NOTE: It's not obvious where the actual ONE dock is on Google maps, but when it is time for you to come in, pull into the same driveway i mentioned, make an immediate left, drive up to near that long west to east building, make a right, and back into the dock just south of the last ramp. it's a bit if an angle, but you can position yourself to see it in the mirrors with no problem! ?”
“Someone help determine if I got what I paid for! Very disappointed. Supposed to be S4S Grade A Kiln dried. I would not be complaining if this was Home Depot Lumber. This is a special order and I paid a lot of money for it. I expected them to help me out and just replace the ones I could not use for my pergola, but instead, had to just pay for more. Got the new stuff and looks 10x better than what I initially got. What’s up with that?! Again, I expected better. I am very disappointed!
**Update** Holt came through and fixed my order for me. They were able to replace all the wood for me at no extra cost! I was able to continue on and finish my project, which came out great with the new lumber!”
