It's a quiet and friendly place to visit and has a good source of products you can get at a reduced price. The employees are friendly and prompt in customer service.

I found some really cute items for my baby. But they need to stock up badly because it seems like every time I come here I see the same items on the shelf. The line to buy your purchases are always 5-10 people waiting to be checked out with just a few cashier's.
Start getting these managers out on the floor, and speak up! I need to see more of this because in South Carolina the customers do not play about their wants and needs in the customer service industry.

Not clean aisles are messy clothes thrown around, and the store associates are not customer friendly .

First time at this location got there at 930pm security at the door said they were close due to the fact they actually close at 10pm! And they need time to clean up poor customer service!!

I wasn't going to share my experience with the store after reading few reviews on here I realize I'm not the only customer who felt targeted and watched Burlington always been one of my favorite stores and this happened few months the security guard was just watching me I'm not too sure if I fit a profile of some sort I will never return again I remember leaving sitting in my car trying to figure out what did I do so wrong to get stared down and watched so hard

The only complaint i have about this location is that it is dirty. Items like the plushes and toys looked so dirty and stepped on. It would be a better store if they cleaned up.

Dressing room Attendant kept looking at me like I was stealing just because I brought my own dress pants to try on with a belt I was purchasing. She kept circling and talking to security while looking at me. Cant stand it and only had two cashier's open with the line going from front end of store to almost the back of the store

I love Burlington great deals you never know what you're going to find you go in for one thing and come out with several my experience at this location was okay I gave four stars because the aisles need more space for shopping carts also there were a lot of things on the floor I didn't want to run over with ? so I kept picking up items.other than that, I found things that I needed at a great price. They have a great selection of items; hygiene,clothing,hair tools,shoes,things for organizing, purses, pictures,kitchen items,much more
