This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! rude customer service, NO ONE answers the phone and the product took almost a month to receive and then it was not even what was ordered .. I do NOT recommend this company to my WORST enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I requested a breast pump within 30 days of my estimated due date. My medical group sent auth to them for the breast pump. They claim they never r be it. 2 weeks after placing the order (my baby was born) I called to get an update and I was informed they are still waiting on auth. I sent by e-mail my auth I received and was told it would take 24 hours to validate and then my pump will be sent. Here I am a week later and they still claim to need the auth (which was now sent by me and it was confirmed to be received). Asking to speak to a supervisor is a joke as “no one is available at the moment”. Years ago I got a breast pump from someone else due to my insurance and my experience was so much better.

My daughter gets feeding supplies from Byram every month. It is a constant fight with them to get her supplies. Every month there is some issue - they can't find her prescription, something is wrong with insurance, the package didn't ship on time, etc. They don't care at all whether my daughter eats or not. Working with them has been one of the worst, most stressful experiences of my life.

The online order form does not allow people to complete the order smoothly. The design of the mybyram ordering website is terrible that it's several decades behind the times. It gives me a big headache every time Ordering online . I was clearly logged in, but after clicking to order, it directed me to another page and asked me to re-create an account. Then it said that the account already existed and I had to log in again. This happens over and over again, I can't get to the ordering page. It took me at least an hour to finally get to the order page. But I couldn't find the items that I ordered before! And there was no options to chose other items. What kind of garbage website design is this! It caused great trouble to the orderer! What do you guys do every day? Technology is developing every day, but your web haven't improved at all!

If I could I would give them zero stars. Terrible customer service, the staff never follow up on mishandled orders. There was a change in insurance and the amount of paperwork needed and their incompetence to follow through and up with insurances and keep clients up to date increased my blood pressure. It took over 2 months to complete the order for simple incontinence supplies. I emailed all required documentation but staff would lose the information needed to approve the order from insurance. I was on the phone calling them 3 times a week. Initially they wouldn't connect me to a supervisor. I finally got to speak to a supervisor to vent my frustrations and go through the timeline of all I've been through and all that I've submitted. The supervisor finally solved most of the issue but not all because documentation is still missing. However, I finally got my order this all started 9/22/23 and today is 12/5/23 and we finally got the complete order. I plan to contact my insurance company and ask if we can work with another medical supply company.

Terrible customer service support.Just trying to get a breast pump order fixed that was incorrectly placed. Uses offshore staff which even 1 hour before closing time will insist that it is past closing time and therefore attempt to end the call. Some of them have terrible English and can't understand anything of which they are saying. I really hope in the future just don't bother using offshore oncall centers.

Horrible company! Constantly makes my daughter wait on supplies always demands a different prescription when I give them the correct, I have to call them for updates. No shown respect on the phone from the employees

Over 4 months without dexcom.. We have spoke with managers, my Doctors office has contacted them on several occasions, still no supplies.

Charges be into the thousands out of nowhere but yes don’t answer the phone. A shame that I have to deal with this for life, Just to make my life “easier”

BYRAM sucks.They switched one of my ostomy products from Eakin moldable rings to Safe & Simple moldable rings. Eakin is a quality product. It seals well. Safe & Simple is GARBAGE. They do not stretch or mold to shape. They RIP! They are absolute garbage! But Byram refuses to let me have the Eakin product.issue with them

They are incompetent. Held up my order for a week without contacting me. They let me run out of ostomy supplies and didn't offer me a valid solution. If you can possibly use a different supplier, I would definitely do it.

These guys are a thorn in my side. They misplaced an order and I had to start it completely over. I’ve been working on the same order for almost one month and am no closer to receiving it. I’m out of supplies and Byram is of no help at all.ADDITION: Byram assured me my incontinence supplies were covered but they weren’t so I received a bill. I called to ask what my payment plan options were and was told I had no options. I had to pay half of the balance and then could put the remainder on a payment plan BUT they wouldn’t tell me what the payments would be until I paid the half. I paid the half then was told my first payment was due in 2 weeks. WTH! So much for eating the rest of this month Byram. What a crooked company. Let’s lie about coverage and then go for the client’s jugular. Shame on you Byram! I wish there were more options because I hate this company. I wish I could take the one star away and give them zero.

This company doesn't answer they're phones, the delivery ? threw my shipment. They charged me when I get medical for my disabled son. Something seems fishy about this company!
