Recently our organization had a financial issue to resolve with CA Reding Company. The issue was resolved in the most professional way. Paul, Steve, Bill, and the rest of the persons I dealt with were the most efficient and professional. The greatest service. We have been doing business at least nine years with CA Reding. We would use no one else for our printer and copier needs.

I’ve been working with LoLo for 8+ years. When she moved over to CA Reding, she still helped us with billing problems with our old vendor. Just a small testament to her always going above and beyond! LoLo bent over backwards guiding us on the meter reading error the vendor made & how to directly address the erroneous billing errors to receive a credit.When it came time to look at the leases, she was able to decipher through the frivolous details of our contract and made closing the old leases seamless!Lolo and her team have been amazing. Lolo helped us from getting out of our old contracts, training, setting up the machines to each department’s specifications, to fluid understanding of the new agreement; it was about as painful free as you can get!I never thought switching manufacturers and vendor could be so easy while saving money!!!! We love our Ricoh and we love our LOLO!! I highly recommend her and her team.
