My car was returned in perfect condition and they washed/cleaned my car! It was such a gift after almost having my car stolen so it made me really happy they went above and beyond and repaired by the time promised. 10/10 service highly recommend. Andrew and Chris helped us, very knowledgeable men and efficient workers :)

I was immensely impressed by the service I received from Chris, right from the start when I walked into their office on Remington. He was so courteous, friendly, respectful, competent and more importantly, his efforts made all the difference - it was the same enthusiastic demeanor that he had toward the other clients. And when I called in with an inquiry, he immediately went to great heights to find a quick solution to the matter, hence making it seem painless. He is one efficient person to be reckoned with; and I only hope he can return to that very office, or in a higher-level leadership role. Andrew did a fantastic job as my service advisor, keeping me updated throughout the entire process of piecing my truck back together after the accident. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian, the shop manager, who kept me equally well-informed about the repairs.
Even though their shop is out of town for me, Andrew and Brian will be my first call if I ever need paint and bodywork again. Andrew even handled the return of my USAA rental car, which was a huge time-saver and allowed me to focus on enjoying the drive home in my own truck.

Worked with Chris at Broadway and he was very professional and he and his team took care of the vehicle from drop off to pick up. The vehicle was restored to factory conditions, overall an impressive workmanship. Highly recommended.

I like that their communication was really good they always kept me updated on my vehicle and the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle it was a holiday and I asked them is there any way that I can pick it up early because i had things to do for the holiday and they made it happen i got my car back and they real polite and I loved there service

Caliber Collision is very good with their communication. My vehicle was in for 2 weeks and got my vehicle repair like new. Everyday, I would get a email notification about the process of the vehicle and the vehicle was repair sooner than the expected dates. Awesome job Caliber
