I bought my car in 2021, 2018 hyundai elantra. Upon buying the car i noticed a chip in the windshield and i had told them i will only buy the car if they fix the windshield, and they agreed. They gave me a work order and everything for it to get fixed. I continued to call back for months asking when they will fix it and the lady who helped me just said "oh let me look into that i'll get back to you" completely a lie. I kept calling and calling and everyone i talked to just said they would look into and get back to me. Now it's been so long i can't even get the new windshield because it's not on "warranty" anymore. I was doing my job by calling and trying to set up the appointment but some of the people who work there don't care at all. This was completely their fault not mine and they obviously don't seem to care about you once you've signed the papers and they get their check.

We love coming to Carmax because it’s such an effortless experience. This is exactly what we expected. Michelle was a wonderful representative. She was very helpful, communicative, and excellent representative. We even asked for her cards so we could give them to our friends who might be looking for cars in the future.

So I have been to Carmax a few times in the past to buy a car one horrible store manager. She told me that I was not allowed to buy anymore but I ended up buying a Volkswagen. Atlas I love it. I love the customer service. It was fast I think it’s Carmax responsibility to do what they say and if you don’t love it, then return it if you don’t have an amount of how many times you can return your car. How is your customer supposed to know it’s a lot of money to spend so they need to find the right car that fits him and I found mine. Thank you however, I was not able to log onto my warranty. It expired very fast.

I have helped two friend with their used car selections and both times, the experience was extremely positive! Each time, my friends purchased cars and I am amazed at the amount of time each employer spent with them! The sales staff know their vehicles thoroughly snd guides you through the process. Each time, we left happy with the purchase price and the quality of the vehicle! It is an entirely different experience than most used car lots, feeling like you’ve been screwed over! LOVE CarMax, and I definitely recommend them and return to buy my next car!

MICHAEL SALASSSS !!!!! He is the man! alright, let me break it down, walked in with no expectations. And they were met ten fold. They gave me exactly what I was quoted online for my camero with over 200k miles in it. And when I did it online I low balled myself not knowing all the info about my car and I expected way less in person than what I was quoted online and NOPE gave me what I was quoted and I was THRILLED. I mean hey big Bertha is almost a quarter million miles old so I was happy with ANY $$ trade in. So long long story short, I found a truck I was super happy with and everything went smooth. Michael was honest, transparent, made sure I fully understood the contract, etc etc. It was such great experience I went to the manager and let him know how awesome Michael was. Anywho, I highly recommend this location and if you can work with my boy Michael I promise you won't be disappointed.

Total and complete WASTE OF TIME! Called for quote, told to go online, went online, was told to call! Went to store and was further given run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I look a suv and i am waiting for my turn one person ahead of me and still waiting from last 4 hours the staff is not helpful. They don’t takeCare for customer.They deserve 0 star
