We’re always greeted when we walk in here and I always feel so welcome at this store. Sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful and even let me use the restroom to change my baby’s diaper! Love shopping the sales 👍🏼

I like how we were greeted once we walked into the store and the lady’s were very friendly and polite asking if we wanted help with anything and if we wanted a cart for our items for me I like great customer service that shows me they enjoy their job and customers!

Worst place to buy children's clothing. Everything is extremely expensive and the quality of the material is cheaply made so the price doesn't match.

Online ordering review: using the app is super easy! You can sign up for a login and their rewards, and the app has special rewards points that you can try to earn, depending on different activity. There are lots of great clothing options at many different price points. I love the holiday specific options! The clothes are great quality. The onesies have extra enforcement at the snap buttons. One thing I noticed is their sizing is not a range. So: NB, 3 months, 6 months, etc. My daughter is 6 weeks old and probably about ten pounds now, and is fitting into the 3 month clothes, so keep that in mind for sizing! I loved ordering online and being able to sign up for a curbside pickup for no shipping cost. They also ordered an option at check out to ship some and do a curbside partial pickup that same day. You are able to filter options in the app, if you need to pickup something the same day, or if you just want something shipped.

First time here. I was looking for a dress for my daughter for a upcoming party we're attending and most places I've gone to had all their fall collections out. As I entered I was greeted and approached and asked if there was something I was specifically looking for. This place is stocked with so much clothes on the rack there's almost no space to move them around. I also noticed how neatly and well-organized this place was they had all the sizes in order on the racks as well at the clothes folded on the table it was amazing. People who loves organization and is alittle OCD about it would be in heaven like myself seeing all that. They had a lot of sale/clearance items. Personally I thought some of their items were still overpriced even then though they were already on sale. But some items were priced fair. Lucky I was able to find a dress it wasn't her size but I knew it would fit perfectly and it was on clearance for $8 which was a bargain. They have clothes for boys and girls NB to toddlers. They have toys, shoes, hair bows etc... They also have a rewards program it's free to sign up. It was a great experience I came out with some cute clothes for a bargain and the staff was friendly and the place is soooooo organized, I just love it!

I went in to get some outfits for my granddaughter and I asked Amanda for some help she looked as if she did not want to be there and no personality at all. I was very disappointed in the service I will not be going back to that location.

This store always seems to be pretty well organized and clean which is a plus as it helps to find what you need quickly. I just wish it had a little more inventory as it lacks in comparison to other carters locations.

Thank you helping me not make an extra trip ! I made a purchase online and pick up in the store. I had a hard time getting to the store before they close and got there right after. I called the store if I could just pick up my item since I didn't have to pay or anything. Sure enough they brought out what I bought ! Thank you so much I really appreciate it.

horrible customer service i came saturday april 3 at 7:30pm their store hours say it's open till 8:00pm so i decided to call the store & was answered by Savanna saying that they had closed already which made no sense because they should have been open till 8:00 just a tip if you guys actually want business i would stay open till 8:00pm like the stores hours say.
