I loved it...as soon as I arrived and they treated me very well...so well that I already changed all my children's pharmacies to this pharmacy...they deliver to your house and I liked that too

Cedar Pharmacy is excellent as the staff knew exactly what to ask from the doctors office so that my insurance covers my meds. Awesome work.

I was a former patient of Peter's and desperately needed his help with a prescription. He was my last resort. He made me jump through several hoops to get this prescription. And after I had done all he asked, he still declined to fill said prescription. And he didn't even make the decision, he looked over at the pharmacy tech and asked her opinion (he's the pharmacist not her) she said, I wouldn't do it. So he didn't. It was a major disappointment and I don't know how his patients can trust him. I find them to be majorly unprofessional!!!!

I liked this pharmacy the first two times I used them. But, they have continually not filled my prescription, shipped my prescription to the wrong address (and asked me to contact the person at the address to see if I could just pick it up from them), and as of now forgetting to ship it. I believe all businesses can make mistakes but they have made many over the last 7 months. This last month I ordered my prescription refill, didn't hear back for two weeks, called again, they apologized and said they would ship it out by the next morning. I called 5 days later and they said they had still not shipped it. When working with people and their medications you can't afford to have this terrible of customer service.

I would give this place less than one star if possible. It's a dirty little hole in the wall in a nasty strip mall that doesn't take timely prescriptions seriously. Came in on a Tuesday, and they told me my prescription would be ready Friday. Called Friday and they said it would be Monday. Called Monday and they said it would be Friday. Called the next Monday and again they said it would come the following Friday. (We're now looking at close to 3 weeks to fill a prescription.) If they can't get a prescription filled, they owe it to the client/patient to let them know that so that they can go elsewhere, but they don't. They just keep pushing you back.

Very Helpful when I came to pick up my prescriptions! The girl in the front greeted me and let me know they'd help me soon, and they did! quality service, and i got a good coupon on my prescription!

Great locally owned business. All staff that I've dealt with are extremely professional, prompt and recently offered to contact the Dr. for a different type of prescription because my insurance did not cover it. Plus, they deliver. So much better than dealing with a chain pharmacy.

Don't use cedar pharmacy! Dermatologist sent two prescriptions over to cedar pharmacy because they offered free shipping. One prescription was over $700 because insurance didn't cover it. But was told they got it down to $75 which I then paid for totaling a little over $90 and was told it will be shipped out the next business day. Got a call 5 Days later saying I still need to pay so they can ship my Prescriptions off. Looked on my credit card account to find not only did they charge me the $90 the first time when I called also $258.80 a few days later. When I told them what happened they told me my credit card was filed under another patient and then used. I told them to remove my card info from there system and to refund everything and cancel my prescriptions all together. Told the drs office what happened and sent it to Costco instead where I only have to pay $25 for both.

The people working at this pharmacy are exceptional. They make sure their customers receive the lowest price for their prescriptions and fill the prescriptions in a very timely manner. The original prescription price for a special eye drop I needed was approximately $400. . I paid $46.00. It was filled within an hour and ready for pickup.

My family’s dermatologist recommended Cedar Pharmacy, and I am glad that she did! They helped me with coupons to make the medicine affordable (with insurance). I have not needed their delivery service, but I am glad to know they provide it.

I absolutely love cedar pharmacy, I have been coming here for some time now and they go above and beyond my expectations. They deliver for free, have friendly employees, the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to medications, lastly, the pharmacy is clean inside, no disorganization, clutter, or large crowds of people waiting, I am in and out when I choose to go in.This is a great shopping center, a little busy sometimes, but easy to get in and out of, and no panhandlers.
