I was taken aback at the level of customer service I received.
On Saturday 4/19 I called at 10:05 AM right after you opened. Went to voicemail. Left message that I was in the market for a new washer and picked the model but had some questions and asked for a call back before 11:00 AM as we had a family outing to attend.
No return call back. So I called back at 11:00 and asked for a salesman. Isaac took the call.
I did my research and decided on the Speed Queen TR7 in white. I asked about the rebate of $200. Isaac looked it up and said that was only for a set. I later did more research and found that there is a $100 rebate available for the individual machines. Good info for you to know so you can share that for other potential customers.
I asked about delivery & installation and Issac said it is included in the price of the washer but disposal of our existing one is a $30 charge. We have a community clean up and did not require it to be taken away.
Issac said after purchase which I was going to do online, they would order the washer and it had an appx 2 week lead time then they could schedule a delivery.
I tried two times to order online and would get an error so I called on 4/24 and asked to speak to a salesperson. One came to the phone - don’t remember if he gave me his name. I explained everything above and he said he’d take my order. I said I wanted the Speed Queen TR7 in white. He interrupted me and basically told me to slow down like he did not understand what a Speed Queen TR7 was because he said I needed to give him the full model numbers. I said you are a salesman shouldn’t you know what you sell? I wasn’t going to log on to your site to find that for him. So he did and then he asked if it was for pick up or delivery and I said delivery as it’s included. He said it wasn’t and I told him that is not what Issac said and also online in my shopping cart it asks for delivery address and it shows as $0 cost. Only the washer and tax is calculated. I asked to speak to Issac and he said he was in the field and would be back in 30 minutes. I said I would have thought I would have been treated more appropriately considering the $1500 I was about to spend.
He said he would have Issac call me, took my name & number. Never received that call back.
Assuming you don’t need my business. Congratulations you must be rolling in sales. I want to keep my business local to help our community so I called Ventura TV. Dennis was extremely helpful and appreciated my business. I now have my new Speed Queen TR7 installed and I LOVE IT!!!!

Currently going through their miserable process of converting a wood burning fireplace to gas. This company is very slow and disorganized. They're in no hurry to finish the job. Look somewhere else.

I don't recommend ordering from the app. The app told me that I was going to get my order on this date, so I ordered it and ripped out my kitchen so that plumbing and electrical and her redone so we will be on track in a remodel. 24 hour after the order and my CC being charged, I get an e-mail that my order eta is now a week later, 1 day before I leave the state for work. Which means my family will be without a kitchen for almost a month. No sink for running water for cooking, no counter tops because the main cabinet will not be late. Remember the day of order gave date for pickup was 4 days. Home Depot Customer service had no care in the world and said just cross your fingers that it will get there in time. I have kids in the home and because Home Depot's no care policy will displace my family for a month due to me having to leave the state for work. I will not allow any contractors in my home if I'm not there fyi. Bad business from Home Depot side. Nothing was done from Home Depot but a hang up.

We bought 3 new appliances for our kitchen remodel. Isaac was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The showroom is beautiful and easy to navigate, and the installers were professional and did a great job. We will back for future projects.

Loved working with them in turning our wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace! Jared was very helpful, attentive and made it an easy and smooth process. He always kept me informed and took care of processing everything for my voucher for switching to gas burning. Would definitely work with them again, especially Jared!

I had Central Distributing install a Heat and Glo Surpreme 30 yesterday and could not wait to get home to try it out. It is so easy to use and it works great.Alex and Ivan did a great job installing and well as calling me to let me know they had finished. They were very fast and professional.My inside salesperson Andrea made the process seamless.She answered all my crazy questions and made me feel at ease.I only wish I had done this years ago. The price was way better than I what I was quoted locally too

Monica is absolutely an amazing salesperson! She helped us connect with Vicente Ceballos, a fireplace installer and contractor, who helped us not only find the right fireplace but helped remodel the fireplace wall as well. Monica was instrumental in helping us get the Valley Air incentive that helped us in replacing our old fireplace. Both of these people are kind, supportive and highly recommended if you're looking for a fireplace.
