AWFUL! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS. Treats clients very rudely . My elderly mother deposited a check. Chase has cashed the check and denied her access. Closed her accounts. No stars

I'd put zero stars but I don't think that's an option. Line out the door at 1:42pm and the Branch Manager or supervisor let's two tellers walk out the door (presumably for lunch) with only 2 working. #customerserviceatitsbest #thisiswhyIonlyhavethisaccountforlocalstuff

Tried to open a new account here. Walked in at 3:30 and wasn't greeted by anyone, just looked at like I was a burden. Since I wasn't greeted I decided to stand in line behind 5 people which took about 25 minutes. Finally made it up to the front of the line and let the guy with the beard know that I want to open a new account. He rolled his eyes and said he might have time for me but first he has to get the line down. I'm headed to a different bank to open a new account now.

I've literally been here for over an hour and counting . I'm writing this review while I'm waiting to see a banker. Honestly I didn't want to write anything because I understand it gets busy at banks and not to mention it's Friday so everyone must be cashing there checks. But this has just happened way to many times when I come to this branch. The service is horrible and I just don't understand how do you have 1 personal banker working especially on a Friday! There literally like 6 people waiting with me and half of the people that come in keep walking out. I want to leave so bad but ive already invested so much time here. This is ridiculous. Don't bank with Chase or at least open your account at this branch.

After receiving multiple marketing invitations to bank with Chase through the mail, I finally decided to take them up on their offer. I chose to visit the Chase branch at River Park - 7892 N. Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, CA. Upon entering the bank, the teller advised me that I would have to wait for a banker and to please take a seat, which I did. It wasn't even a minute until I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who introduced herself as Sarah Butler. She invited me into an office area where I felt extremely comfortable in sharing my personal information such as Social Security # etc. I explained that I wished to take advantage of the Chase offer that had been sent in the mail. Ms. Butler was extremely well acquainted with all of the Chase products; she very efficiently and pleasantly offered the best choices for my individual needs and we tailored a great plan that I was happy to get involved in. I am now a new and satisfied customer of Chase Bank. My impression of Chase Bank and this branch is that they are eager to work directly with their new and existing customers. They have put a multitude of products and services in place to help people succeed in all their banking needs. Ms. Butler was extremely congenial, friendly, knowledgeable and put me first the whole time I was there, answering any and all questions efficiently and in a manner which was easy to understand. Further, although she was approached two different times by others (I think employees who wanted some assistance), she politely explained that she was serving a customer and would be with them when she was finished. In the long run, I was more than satisfied with our visit and left with a much more positive experience that I had even expected going in. Thank you, Chase Bank, for providing great products and for having great employees. I'm looking to a long and fruitful relationship with your company.

The manager by far is one of the most rudest, ignorant, and unpleasant persons I've ever met. I have multiple accounts with chase, had an issue that this new teller was not able to assist me with and began giving me false/ inaccurate info. When I asked to speak to the manager she approached to me, didn't say or anything, 1st thing she said "Ok I'm listening"!!! After few min she simply replied "Well, all I can say is there are other banks out there, if you are not happy I'll be more than happy to close your accounts"!! I left and by God I will never ever go to that branch ever again!!
