I have been a member for many years with CHASE but this really disappointed me today.Me and my husband went in today with appointment. He was trying to open his own checking account or if possible to be added to my account either one was okay.*He just needed a checking account for work purposes. *We where told that he needed proof of identification and some other documents.He brought in passport from out the country, social security, work authorization card, temporary driver license ( since he has not received the physical one) and also pg&e bill that had his name on it.But they said they couldn't take that as part of proof since he was de secondary owner to that account for pg&E.It is inappropriate that he could even open an account with all the documents provided.So we went to WELLS FARGO AND IT WAS GREAT THEY DONT NEED SO MANY DOCUMENTS. ITS THE BEST BANK FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS ?They could take either passport (even if it’s from out the country), socialsecurity number or a work authorization card, or any document that had his name on it from here.That’s is all!

Sarah manager literally told me I was an idiot who doesn’t answer the phone. And started laughing behind my back. Frank supposedly called me but he’s literally lying, I work through my phone so I get phone calls all day long and I never miss any. So I’m sure I would’ve seen the incoming calls.

I was told from another banker/teller Bryce at Kings canyon that I can go into any chase bank location to have ssi documents scanned and wait for approval before they can make an appt to meet with me to open a designated payee bank account. I explained to the teller Lorena that I needed the documents to be submitted and she didn’t even know what I was talking about. She called the Indian manager boss to come speak to me and the Indian boss was like “our policy or rules changed, we don’t scan in documents anymore.” I was super confused that another banker from another chase location told me different thing and this chase location told me different. I just want clarifications but Laura white skin and dark hair didn’t want to help me she was super annoyed and was so rude to me. I had to show them on my phone that I did had an appointment with another banker but they cancel my appt since I just needed to bring in documents to scan & they’ll call me to schedule an appt to open bank acct. I feel being judge not getting any help because of how I look or my race. They called the security guy to come into the bank when I was just letting them know what another banker told me. It was a hassle trying to get help from this chase bank location. Never in my life as a chase customer, I received horrible bad customer service and judging from staff until now. These staff really judge you based on how you look, the fact if you don’t walk in dressing nice they think you’re poor and uneducated. At the end of the day they can judge you, but they are people that make less money than you & can’t even do their job properly.

Their phones never work, I have called in several times on different occasions and the tellers say that they can not hear me and they hang up. I know for certain that it is not my phone and it is hugely frustrating when you have to wait for a chance to talk to them only to be hung up on and not called back.

Very great staff! Parking is a little confusing but everyone was so helpful. I can tell they’ve been busy with longer waits due to COVID but they help everyone so kindly! A staff member named Reyna (or Reina, I’m sorry for possibly misspelling) helped me deposit my cash and coin tips into my account. I felt awful for taking up more time than I anticipated but she was so kind to me the whole visit! Thank you for making the process easy for me! I appreciate the staff at this bank. I moved from Madera and although I loved my Madera location, this branch is my new favorite while I live in the Clovis area. Thank you all, again

HORRIBLE customer service. Both the account staff and teller (specifically Jas) should not be dealing with customers. If I could give zero stars I would but you need at least one to write a review. This location is trash. They act like you should be honored to put your money there. Tried to open an account and planned on transferring a significant amount from current bank to Chase Bank. Lobby was empty but the tattooed account staff acted like she was too busy and couldn’t be bothered. So my recommendation is don’t waste your time on a bank that doesn’t make EVERY person who walks through the door feel like a valued customer

Worst customer service!!! They tell you they will call you back but don't bother to. You leave messages for them and they still don't care to call back.
