  The Sinclair station in Arroyo Grande has is extremely uncomfortable to enter. The building's air-conditioning doesn't work. I'd be worried about the perishables and the people sweating all day in there.

  Ownership (Bahnam, Saeed) and management have ZERO skills when communicating with each other. I would gather that the MAIN reason the shell gas station in Santa Maria is failing is due to OWNERSHIP, and their lack to let other’s lead. Money does not in any way equate to intelligence!
