Everyone is wonderful at this location!! The lady clerk is so nice to me every time I go in. The gentlemen in the evening and night are pleasant and courteous I believe they are Matt❤️and Anthony 😂 the manager in the morning Will is very nice. I will always come here unless these guys stop working here.

My brand of Cigs. Are cheaper here. Whenever you need to air up your tires weather it's for your vehicle or bicycle just push the button. And to top it off customer service is ?!!!

Every time I go in for a fill up of gas I am treated in a very courteous manner. One time recently a elderly person needed help to fill up her tank the employee showed a great concern to assist her. He was a good employee. The customer service is good.

Went to gas up here today and one of the female store clerk chose to play the customer waiting game. Walk into this store around 6:15 pm, and immediately the female store clerk began to act as she was preoccupied doing something more important than attending and being polite to a customer. It's just tiresome, so many clerks are control freaks feeling they have the power to make a customer wait as long as they choose to. Bad behavior by a store clerk with an unpleasant attitude can ruin someone's good day and make them choose another place to fill up. Yes, I am a devout Chevron card holder.

So I was on my way to the airport but decided to get gas first. I seen this Chevron gas station on Kings Canyon Road. When I walked inside to pay for my gas the cashier didn't even look up nor greet me. The store smelled like marijuana inside. I mean, I know it's legal in California now but man... it was very strong. While I was looking for snacks and a drink, I finally went to the front to pay for it. The cashier still didn't acknowledge me. I had to say "excuse me" to get his attention. As he was helping me, he was watch something on his phone. I don't know what he was watching but It must have been very important because during the whole time of my transaction, we didn't get eye contact once. I paid and grabbed my stuff and said "thank you" and once again no you're welcome... nothing back! SMH! Horrible customer service. I went outside to pump for my gas and just when I thought things couldn't get worst, I was wrong. The same cashier comes outside to smoke a cigarette near the gas pumps. While he was smoking, once again his eyes were glued to his cell phone watching something. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE FOR GAS!!! For someone to smoke near the gas pump and not be paying attention is VERY DANGEROUS! I attached a picture and video of the cashier smoking.
