Their is a lady gena over here she is very rude she just care about her problems and she didn't listen. Avoid from me. I understand her problem, but what I was trying to say her she never listens and she said me shut up don't ever go over there. The employees are always high on drugs. There is a lady she was completely high on drugs, and they are opening a drug test, I will never go over there. I'll also tell you guys never go over there. They charge you more than the other drug test centers and the lady Jenna. She's very rude with everyone the closing time was it 230 I went over there at 2 o'clock and she was like out. I will not take any of you cause I close at two, but I called them and they said we close at two but on the paper than on the Internet or everywhere it's real and they close at 2:30. She's closing at 2 o'clock cause she has her home problems. We don't care about her own problems it's her job to do.

I had to keep calling this place and the laboratory to get results after 5 days. Not sure what took so long but I did not like that fact that I had to keep calling for results after the laboratory said they had sent them to this company.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The tech. That helped me was a complete dumbass, she started stating that I did not pee on the cup but she was going to pass me anyways... ALL OF IT WAS BS.. it was my pee and I did not need to get her to "pass" me because THINGS MUST BE DONE CORRECTLY AND WITHIN THE LAW!!! They are pieces of unprofessional shits!!!!

Attention owners of companies and drivers you will never find that I would believe a better place to have your testing done.these folks over here at choice compliance are on top of their a game 100% since I started taking drug test in 1990 I have never found a more professional and sincere establishment.It sure is wonderful to know that they're still really really good people out there that can take time out of their busy day to help you with any of your questions or concerns.

Quick and easy! Never going to go through another company as long as I can help it! Very sweet staff! Went during their lunch hours the first time unfortunately but the staff stayed late to make sure I was able to test after work! That's great customer service for sure!

NO ONE IS HERE DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS
Arrived around 1145, note on the door said, "went to lunch early, be back at 1pm" came back at 12:45 to find a different note, "be back at 1:30pm". This is completely unprofessional, many of us have jobs and a schedule that we NEED to keep, and by not complying with your own hours completely messes up everyone's day.
The test needed to be done TODAY and I am running out of time.
