I have been shopping at this Circle K for 29 years. Granted the homeless and other things make it less desirable, but that's not their fault. I am fed up with the lack of customer service. Today was the kicker. I walked in at 7:30pm on a Monday, and there was a single clerk with a line of 11 people waiting to check out. The line was moving slow, but I finally got within three people of the counter. Then the clerk's (Elizabeth on receipt) cell phone rang and she answered it WITH A DOZEN PEOPLE IN LINE! Finally she hangs up, waits on the customer, then the next person steps to the counter with a 20 dollar bill in his hand, and the line must wait again as she is checking messages on her phone. If this tore does not have a policy of no cell phone use during work, they should. They should also hire people who can keep up with high demand, or pair them with a second clerk. This store is in a complete nose dive when it comes to quality employees and customer service. STEER CLEAR!

Terrible. Fountain Drinks are never working. N
ot worth stopping even for gas if I cant even get an ice cold drink. Put a Johnny Quick in there please so people can get what they want. This store is lame.
okay so now Im here on another day trying to get gas at 4 :15 in the afternoon. They are closed. Yes, closed. I am done with this place there is a Valero down the street.

First time visit. It was a terrible experience. The cashier was rude as all out. She spent more time talking to this tall big woman rather than attend to the guest. Whoever thought she was a good hire needs to retake management classes. This young lady is by far unfit to work as a Circle K representarive. I now understand why people avoid this location like the plague. I understand you're limited in choices for employees, but have some dignity and hire more carefully.Wise up Circle K before you lose more business. I for sure will NOT be returning.

Slurpee machine is broken. Fountain Soda is water down. Female employees are rude and gives you an attitude. Avoid talking to them if you don't want your day to not be ruined. Only saving grace in this store is the new male employee. He's cool.

Love this place , It's my favorite place to go for a big soda or cup of ice. The clerk are always welcoming and respectful.

The owner of this store should send a secret shopper in one night so they can see just how worthless there "female" workers are and i would be willing to bet they would be fired on the spot. If you would like you nice bright morning ruined by rude negative nasty poor excuses for a human then this circle k will be right up your alley. Not to mention there outrageous prices . I thought price gouging was illegal? Well if so these people should be locked up because talk about hiway robbery. All joking a side if you at all value the quality of your day I would highly recommend not putting yourself threw a visit to this store. Shame on circle k for allowing these heffers to treat there customers the way they do. If there that miserable at there jobs and there to stupid to quit then maybe they need to be fired

Open all day every day Circle k is located in the tower district. My girl and I always come here to put gas and grab a soda or just a big cup of ice . If you go during the day it's real busy and at night it's the same . Circle k has to keep up with the vitality of tower district which is a place that's up 24/7 . It can be a little cleaner.

The gas prices here are good. They give coupons or gas card for discounts. Customer service is always friendly. Sometimes,there are vagrants in the area (don't give them money, they are asked to leave), but this isn't their fault. Complain to Fresno City Politicians.

This place is a filthy dump. There's one clerk running around trying to clean and stock in between checking people out. There's no trash cans at the gas pumps. About a quarter of the time, around 8:30 am, which I consider prime commute time, the store is locked and the clerk is on a break. This place is only in business due to lack of competition.
