WORST BANK EVER!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!! DO NOT USE ATM!! The atm just took my money when I tried to deposit it. Suddenly it had "technical difficulties" and just took the money. It wasn't deposited into my account and it wouldn't return my money back. I called the number on the receipt. Filled a "claim" and then I had to wait 10 to 15 business days to possibly a credit back onto my account. This was a major inconvenience. After the 10 days my "claim" was denied!!! When this was their mistake!! Now I'm out of $1,000 because they have old atm machines that don't work!!! I want my money back!!!!

Of all the local branches, this location has been my favorite over the years. Located in a nicer area of town, I feel safe there, even when using the ATMs before or after hours. There are two ATMs, one on the east side (drive thru) and one on the west side (walk up). The ATMs are kept fully operational (cash available for dispensing and the cash and check depositories in operating order) almost 100% of the time when I've needed them. More so than a couple other locations in town, so that keeps me happy. Lol. The staff has changed over time, but I am always greeted with a smile and my banking needs taken care of in a timely manner when I stop in. My one stop shop for financial needs!

Received a $100 prepaid Citibank gift card at my husband's company party in January. It expired in February so we didn't get a chance to use it. When I contacted Citibank, they said because it was a promotional card (likely purchased with rewards points) there is no way to retrieve the balance once it's expired. The card was purchased in August so they only gave a 6 month window to use the card. When I tried to call the customer service number listed on the card (instead of the card activation number I called initially), the telephone representative was rude and immediately tried to transfer me instead of listening to the situation. Then the place he transferred me to didn't even answer the phone. The line was just dead. I would not recommend doing business with this company. There are MUCH better rewards cards out there and they have customer service teams that actually want to put the customer first. How embarrassing for my husband's company that an item they gave as an employee appreciation gift expired in such a short time frame! This will not only hurt Citibank's reputation with me but with them, as well. Some companies just don't understand how important customer service is to their image. Oh well. I'm sure my husband's company will take care of it. Glad I know now instead of when it's my own money on the line!
