Over the past couple of months, at least 6 paychecks which I personally deposit every other Friday at the bank to a teller in Clovis, the bank is holding a portion of my paycheck. This is very unfair and illegal! I WANT my paycheck in full when it is deposited into my account, not $200.00 available on that Friday, another $300.00 the following day, $400.00 on Monday, and the remainder by Tuesday or Wednesday. I have bills to pay on time or I may need it for emergency repair. I am becoming very unhappy with CitiBank after 10 years with this bank. Highly considering leaving.

Worst customer service EVER. So terrible. I spent almost 2 hours, spoke to 5 people, and I still walked away without a resolution.

I've been going to this branch since back in the Guarantee Savings days. There's been a lot of turnover in staff over the years, but everyone I've ever interacted with has been very helpful and professional. Banking these days is mostly online, but it's good to know there are associates to help me at the branch when needed. Not such a great area of town, so I only use the ATMs in the day light hours. Watch the parking lot by the walk up ATM, that first row of parking spaces is a bit tight. There's also a drive thru ATM...my fav, so so don't have to get out of the car. Lol. You can enter/exit on either Blackstone or Ashlan, but it's much quicker to do so on Blackstone. Oh, you can even make an appointment when you need to see a banker now, so that's very convenient. This location is open M-F and also on Saturday.

I've been needing to open a bank account so I chose citibank (since I've banked in the past with BoA/EECU/wellsFargo and had bad experiences with all three!).so there I am I showed up around 415 and there's an older couple ahead of me and I overheard their conversation about why they were there. It should've just taken seconds to get them in and out since the lady was in process of getting them out. I'm sitting there and the lady walks up to me And tells me if I can come back tomorrow because she doesn't take people after 430 (the time was 4:20!) so now they lost a member that was about to deposit a large sum of money!

This is not my bank. I was helping my mom with an issue she had with her Citi bank credit card. She had called customer service to ask for a reversal because their website was down and she was not able to make a payment. English is not her first language, but she did the best that she was able to. The rep on the phone flagged her account and transferred her to the fraud department because she didn't speak English clearly... I even got on the phone to explain the situation and they said they cannot speak to me. All we were asking was for a courtesy reversal since this was her first time being late on a payment and their website was down. The fraud department said they will reach out to the cardholder, my mom. I told them they were speaking with her and I can help translate unless they have someone that speaks Vietnamese. They said they didn't have anyone that spoke Vietnamese and I cannot translate for her. Feeling frustrated we decided to go to this branch. We walked in and waited at the seating area. A male employee approached us as he was waiting for a customer he was helping and asked how he can help. I told him the situation and he said he can help but we have to wait because he wasn't done with his customer yet. As he was waiting for his customer to get something out of her car, he comes back and says that we need to go to the teller line. He explains to the teller what we were there for. Then he asked if the situation was on a credit card or debit card. I told him credit card. Then he says that they can't help because it's a credit card and I would have to call their customer service. I told him we already called and that's why we are here. He told us to have a seat again.... About 15 more minutes pass by, 10 minutes till closing... I don't even see the guy rep anymore. A lady and another man walks out from the back and go to their cubicle. 10 minutes later, now the branch is closed. The lady rep, Bailey asks us if we have been helped. I said well, some man was here but I don't see him anymore. She said she can help. I explained the situation and she said she can call customer service and tell them to take the freeze off my mom's account and give her the late fee reversal. The representative on the phone had to transfer the call to the fraud department. The fraud rep had to read their notes and see about the situation. Bailey told them that she has verified my mom by her identification and had to explain what's going on with the account. The fraud dept. representative kept asking Bailey if she was sure that she identified my mom. Eventually, we were able to get the freeze off and get the reversal. I do not recommend this bank. I hate that Costco uses them for their credit card services. Their customer service representative made it really hard and it was such an inconvenience for my mom and I. The male employee at this branch seemed lazy and didn't want to help. I'm glad Bailey stepped up and was able to help us get through this situation. I guess she had to because the branch was closed and we were the only ones in there. She was nice though. I hope to never come back here ever!!

Wow literally watched them give a customer coin rolls made for dollar coins when she asked for fifty cent rolls. The teller then insisted that it would work, which of course it didn't. I don't even work for a bank and l know the difference. You can't turn in loose coins, but they don't have the coin rolls needed. I really need to rethink my bank choice or at least this branch.

Tellers are rude. Went in there to get change without a Citi account (done this before), and teller acted like my money was no good. Also apparently there's a limit. She said I could only get $100 in change which is what I had. I ended up leaving and going to another bank. Didn't know getting change, which by the way is an even exchange of funds, was such a problem. Don't go there.
