βThis is my favorite DDs to visit. Staff always do friendly. Cruz is very nice And makes me feel welcomed. But the windows really need some shades. It was so bright from the sun it was hot and hard to pay as I was blinded with sun shining through. I can only imagine how hot these employees will get when summer really hits. Please consider this for staff and customers.β

βJanice has such a wonderful variety of lovely things - unique jewelry pieces, great decor items for inside and outside the home, pretty cards - and she always wraps everything beautifully! I like to get my gifts there and I usually end up buying a few irresistible things for myself too!β

βIt's a good place to go for some gothic stuff. But it's not like it used to be when I was young. It was all gothic now you find Disney stuff next to the goth stuff. Good place for t-shirts too. Nothing wrong with Disney, but do they really have to be in every store. They've got other franchises that aren't gothic either. And like I said, have no problem with them, just that it's everywhere.β

βGreat customer service with the cashier that helped me with trying to figure out an outfit, her name was Nancy. She definitely knows how to keep a customer happy on their experience. Really sweet and cheap prices on the clothes.β

βI love Ross ,it always has what I need,from dresses to shoes hair accessories, purses,it has for kitchen ,your bed curtains, mirrors picture frame,I can buy 3 outfits, purse, ? for hair, shoes,and decorate my entire home and very cheapβ
βI remember being scared to walk in here back then because of being a little bit on the heavy side, I was surprise they had clothes that fits me, I was amaze at the chill environment and positive and polite staffs.β
βThe customer service was great because while I was being greeted the employee immediately noticed that I was overheated and he offered me water. Thank you very much for being kind to and observant of customers. The clothes were so beautiful but I was just browsing. I saw a lot of clothes with fair prices because they have nice fabrics and unusual pieces. I also noticed a theme overall which felt like an artistic collection.β

β8/3/23 Checking it out! Really, really nice Old Navy! Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean and organized! Great music playing too! Great clearance section as well! They still had the dress on clearance that I loved at a different Old Navy. Tried it on and didn't really like it. Super cute, but too "boxy" for me. Lol! Oh well! They still have a bunch of other great clearance items. Plus, their other clothing items great too . Also have a bunch of sweets and goodies to grab in line if you want. Ended up getting stress gummies. Love! The line was long and moved quickly. The worker was very kind at checkout! Even gave me a coupon to use next time and good day wishes! Wished a good day by another worker leaving too! =) Great service and store! Highly recommended!!β
βShelby was the most helpful worker I have ever had!!! I was so thankful for my shopping experience today. I had a pair of jeans I loved but wasnβt sure what they were and she went and grabbed so many for me to try on and numerous sizes. She was so paitient and made me feel so comfortable and itβs so refreshing to have someone who actually cared about me!! I found some amazing jeans today all thanks to Shelby!!!β
βGood place to shop when your trying to save that little bit and not really looking for anything specific but just want that nice what can I find that I might need day or maybe something you really need that you have the time to see if they might have that item. It's A store of surprises and reasonable prices.β

βI shop at Ross all the time. Love the store specially their dress, shoes and accessories. And so Love the household items. Lots of nice products and prices are reasonable. Staff are nice, fast and courteous.β
βI live out of state and had my eye on this hat. They didnβt have my size in stock. When I called to inquire about it the staff was super helpful with taking my information and making sure to call me when it came back in stock. Sure enough about a month later their shipment finally arrived and I got a call. Even sent me photos of new items that hadnβt hit their website so I could get first dibs on them. Now Iβll be able to rep the dogs when they make their way up to Oregon this next season. Thank you Bulldog Lockerβ
